As Executive Vice-president at Microland, Manoj Punja is responsible for the services that ensure customer success globally, including product support and professional services.
His career is marked by directing high-performing sales teams and forging strategic relationships with leading companies. With more than two decades of global sales experience across multiple divisions, Manoj is instrumental in driving global awareness, market leadership, demand generation, strategic events and communications for Microland.
Previously, Manoj was a Senior VP/CEO of Wipro’s BPO business where he was responsible for strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen Wipro’s position in the global market. In his tenure, he led the business to outperform revenue targets and to significantly increase the company’s customer satisfaction rating.
He brings more than 23 years of experience in delivering transformational capabilities to partners
and customers across many industries. He has an industry reputation and track record of delivering
growth, developing strategic customer partnerships that create value across the entire enterprise,
and building world-class customer development capabilities.
He has also held wide range of leadership positions in the IT Services industry. He led a global sales
team worldwide and provided them with needed training and strategy through technology
innovation, end-user conversion and channel penetration. With his vision and perseverance, he
made Microland what it is today.
Manoj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering in Electronics and Communication.
